we flew into KK at midnight and had to be back at the airport at 5AM - the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, but that's the only positive. wall, headboards and sheets crawling with ants. everything filthy. unless you really need something near the Air Asia terminal (walking distance - don't let a taxi rip you off!), look elsewhere as you can easily find more bang for less buck in KK.

The hotel is very far from KK and taxi is more or less the only option. There is almost nothing to do around the hotel. Our room was boring. Ants in the room and we got a room with a movable wall which was as sleaping in the hallway. Dull breakfast if you like somthing other than nodles. Staff very friendly.

Nice room but had no cupboard to put your clothing which was a bit of a problem.
Ambience of breakfast was good and the food basic.
Location was abit away from the city ok if you have a car.
For the price it was OK

An excellent hotel with a wonderful staff and a pristine swimming pool. Great breakfast, great location. There is an authentic Malaysian food court within walking distance and a taxi to town is only 15 MR. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the servers, to the houskeeping are the sweetest, most helpful folks you could find. I would absolutely stay at The Sea Park Condotel again. Very affordable, expecially for the service, cleanliness and location. Can't say enough positive things about our one week stay. Thanks for making our visit to Kota Kinabalu so easy and fun.

Never expect a budget condotel with a swimming pool & quiet comfy if you prefer to be out of town.Room is available even though no reservation made. The only shortcoming is no lift.Overall staying in this condotel is value for money. Friendly staff

The advert said built 2007, refurbished 2007. The only thing true about that was that refurbishments had started in 2007 and were far from complete. The place had to be built circa 1960 from the interior. The room I had was not refurbished, but it was comftable. there were no lifts (strange for a hotel semi tower block.) and the biggest shock, in SE Asia was NO FRIDGE.

The reception staff and restaurant/bar staff spoke minimal english which made things a tad dificulte at times. The restaurant menu was out of date both menu wise and price wise.

All in all I would not stay there again, it is out of town, which made things difficult.

Do not use their transfer service. They charge more that the set cab fare.
