When we came, there was no one on the receiption. After half an hour somebody could be found to let us into the hotel.
The hotel manager did give us 10% off for this mistake, but it did not make it up for what happened for the rest of the stay.
They never cleaned the room. The receiption was sometimes not occupied.
Breakfast was included, and should start at 7am. This didn't mean, that it was ready at 7 at all. It was ready when the girl at the receiption felt like making breakfast. And we were mostly the only guests (she didn't have anything else to do except having manicures and watching movies on the computer). She didn't feel like saying anything to us (I would have been happy with a "good morning"). To summarise, we didn't feel like guests, but like a plague to them.
