we stayed at cottage indian blues for a fortnight,it is a beautifully located property, owner Mr. kapil is a very warm gentleman, yes but very straight forward.I found him asking all details of the guests in order to rule out wrong people for our security! We felt at home and breakfast was on time ,mr kapil guided and personally helped us whenever we needed his guidance, place is well decorated and comfortable.Convenience is 100 marks!ambience was great.

I called up Kapil the owner of this cottage from Kashmir on 2nd august to ask abt the availability of room he offered me a double room for 2000 inr,i agreed as delhi was tha transit point for me as i ahd a internationalal flight to catch, after 10-12 hrs...I reached Delhi to the lodge 3 august evening to find kapil waiting to welcome...and made the payments as well in advance after his brief introduction...a while later a staff came up the second floor where i was staying to ask for my passport as they were suposed to keep a copy...i handed them over only after a while to be returned to me with the money and a message thet i had to leave this lodge as my passports were not issued in india, they had been issued in cairo and dubai ...it was just an excuse...he wanted to get rid of me as i was from kashmir...i wanted to see him but he was such a coward he couldnt face me,so he told his staff to tell me that he was busy and didnt had time to see me....he paid the autorikshaw 20 buck to get rid of me and dump me in the middle of the road with two bags and a four yr old boy,my son,i wish him all the best and hope he goes thru the same....discrimnation!!
well his lodge overall was just a little ok...would give 1 for the value for money...2000inr sounds too much for it...the rooms were dingy and dusty,,,with a computer in the hall not working, kitchen dirty greasy and bad smelling, and the bathrooms...yuckeeeeeeeey....just a quarter piec of soap...used by i dont know how many ppl...was not sure whether to use the towels there or not...not a pleasant experience though, kapil a person what ever he looks from outside is so different from inside...
