Comments (English):
I made reservation through this website two months ago.
However, when We arrived at the hotel, a person at the front desk told me that there is no reservation. The hotel is very good, but the travel agency is too terrible. You should not believe what they do. The company did nothing but took commission and never return it to me even now. This is fraud!

Comments (English):
Stayed at the Monasterio and found it very nice. Rooms very clean. View of the mountains. Breakfast more than I wanted and very tasty.
Staff very helpful, even walking me to restaurante in evening since I am a woman traveling alone. Some spanish helpful when talking to staff. Rolfo spoke three languages so he was a big help. It is close to the Plaza de Armas and I found this to be a very big asset.

Comments (English):
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Hotel is in downtown Lima, exactly Miraflores. Miraflores is a district of Lima, where the most bars, clubs and restaurants are.
