Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

A deposit of 50% is due once the booking has been confirmed in writing. The balance has to be paid at least 30 days before departure date. Reservations that are made less than 30 days before departure have to be paid in full upon receipt of confirmation.
In case of cancellation the following costs will be charged:
Up to 31 days before: 10%
30 - 21 days before 25%
20 - 15 days before 50%
14 - 0 days before 100%
