The Brandberg Rest Camp is located in the Village of Uis in the heart of Damaraland, an unspoilt rural area in Namibia. It is en-route between Swakopmund and the Etosha Game reserve.
The Brandberg is the highest mountain in Namibia and is famous for the White Lady and other Bushman paintings as well as its diverse Geology.
The mountain is very popular for hikers doing 3 to 5 day hikes. Hiking and other guides can be arranged on request.
Guided tours in Toyota Landcruisers or guided self drive tours in and around the area can be arranged.
The Brandberg Area is also popular for its unspoilt beauty, Desert Elephant, herds of Zebra and Springbok roaming free in the wild. Buy world famous brandberg Crystals directly from small miners making a living from selling these crystals.

The main attraction is the White Lady, one of more than 45, 000 rock painting in the area. A 40 minute hike will take you to what is widely agreed to be a bushman painting at least 2000 years of age.
