Comments (English):
As a 40 something with mobility limitations traveling on my own for the first time in many years this was a wonderful spot to rest for a couple of days. The staff were very helpful both with helping me manage the stairs and in directing my adventures in town and for the next leg of my trip. The other guests were also a joy to spend time with.
The rooms were clean and cozy and the building on the whole was nicely quiet. The kitchen area well stocked so that you can be as creative for your meals as you are comfortable with.

Comments (English):
We stayed here for 34 nights in San Francisco & staff were very helpful & friendly, rooms were comfortable & exactly what we expected from this hostel. Perfect location for exploring this beautiful city. Its a really social hostel where you can't feel any more welcome, we loved every second and will return!

Comments (English):
Pros: very clean; close to financial district, Chinatown, Wharf area & North Beach, friendly staff; great dining nearby, easy to get to
Cons: add $25-30 for parking; four flights of stairs ; top bunks a little noisy
