Description - Homestay

In 1993, Nicola transformed the ancestors’ home in a small, charming hotel.
Personal bet initially, then easily won: the tenacity and the dream prevailed over obstacles.
Professor Pina Amarelli wrote on Gambero Rosso: "History simple but full of feeling, Nicola’s one, head and heart always turned to the ancestors’ home that seemed destined to take the sad shape of ruins.
Nicola banishes ghosts investing any savings in a meticulous recovering work of fine Baroque building. Filled with an unfailing love, invests most of his earnings to return Villa de Pertis the wonder of the past. If the pleasure of a holiday is also measured by the particular, the Villa is really a tiny haven of refinement and good taste. This is demonstrated by the choice of furnishings and attention to detail. "
The welcome is warm Nicola, family, reveals the pleasure to play the game in first person.
A look at the garden, where you can enjoy the fresh air of the countryside, and then in the room where it will seem to be staying with relatives of long standing between wrought iron beds, large wardrobes that evoke linen and lavender-scented sun. Once settled, nothing better than a game of pool, or a trip back in time to admire the old photos and prints on the walls, or just a nice break for a drink pleased by a comfortable armchair. The dining room is just that of “lords of the country” residence: in a corner next to the fireplace with couches, on the other table around which comes to life in a fun friendly movement that begins with the morning breakfast: bread near the wood-burning oven and homemade products. The time can be fooled with walks along ancient sheep tracks in search of small streams, or resting in the lap of a warm sun.
A few hundred meters from the Villa is in the open countryside.
Villa de Pertis has a suite with a fireplace and three bedrooms - all different from each other and each with its own private bathroom - dining ceremonies and conferences, garden with trees and gazebo. Immersed in total tranquility awaits all those who wish to enjoy a holiday in total relax in the silence of the countryside without giving up the comforts of an elegant, embellished with a vintage pool.
Patrician landowners, dating back to the seventeenth century. Handed down from generation to generation, the Villa has come to its current owner. Restored in 1970, the House fully retains its original structure. Beyond the courtyard with stone beside the garden is accessed through an elegant staircase in the main building, on two floors, with frescoed rooms.
The vast courtyard behind, a former barnyard farm is surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic views of the Matese U and the Valley of the Middle-bace Volturno.
Pets are allowed. Guests have at their disposal a number of tourist texts, and if preferred, can make nature walks and hiking trails CAI
Railway station at 300 m. Disco, swimming pool with water slides, tennis and soccer to 1. 5 km, 5 km horse riding, fishing and hang gliding at 7 Km, 18 Km motocross. Trips to the mountains and the lake Matese (30 km), to the old silk mill and the WWF oasis of S. Leucio, Vanvitelli’s royal palace of Caserta and Caserta Vecchia (28 Km), Naples (59 km).

In the past, the hospitality of Nicola has been highly appreciated.
It should be emphasized that the articles and mentions are spontaneous from the publishers, not advertising.
